My recent stay at the hotel left me feeling quite disappointed. While there were some positives, such as its convenient location and the promise of cleanliness, the overall experience just didn’t meet my expectations. Check-in was chaotic, room service was slow, and housekeeping definitely needs improvement. It has potential, but my experience was not ideal this time around.
